OrdersWhat is your minimum order quantity?+
Standard MOQ starts at 30 pieces per finish for rings and 50 pieces per finish for chain jewelry. Custom tooling or packaging may have separate minimums, confirmed before sampling.
SamplesHow long does sampling take?+
Most samples are ready in 10–14 calendar days after CAD and specifications are approved. Complex tooling, enamel or stone settings may take longer.
CustomizationCan you work from a physical sample?+
Yes. We can reverse-engineer a reference sample, review construction and provide recommendations. We do not reproduce protected third-party designs.
QualityWhich quality documents can you provide?+
Material certificates, plating thickness reports, salt-spray test results, measurement reports and customer-specific inspection summaries are available.
PackagingDo you offer custom packaging?+
Yes. We can source or produce pouches, cards, boxes, care cards, barcode labels and master carton configurations.
PaymentHow are orders paid?+
Production orders are paid by T/T bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union or other agreed methods. We do not collect live card payments on this website.
